In just 5-days, you will experience the amazing benefits of fasting without having to skip a meal.

ProLon is a Fasting Mimicking Diet. FMDs trick our bodies into survival mode.

In this mode our bodies dispose of weaker cells and generate new, more efficient cells thereby improving our overall health.

Since ProLon FMD is a plant based calorie restricted diet is great for weight loss too.

ProLon is intended to be used by healthy individuals who wish to enhance their health and by people who struggle with their weight and wish to manage it in a healthy way.

The ProLon diet mimics the effects of fasting while providing the body with a combination of macro nutrients (fats, carbs, proteins) and micro nutrients (essential vitamins, minerals).

ProLon is presented as 5 days of pre-set meals. Each day has set items – you cannot carry items over to the next day. Once these 5 days are complete, you can return to your normal diet.

If you have any health condition, it is best that you seek advice from your healthcare provider to ensure that a ProLon diet is right for you.

It is recommended that you do a ProLon diet once a month for 3 months consecutively. Then every quarter thereafter.

Some ProLon users complete a round every month.

Unfortunately there are no food substitutes in the diet. However, there are two different version to choose from.

It is recommended that strenuous activity is avoided while on the ProLon diet.

Slow walking, stretching and light yoga is encouraged.

In order to see the full effects of the ProLon diet coffee should be avoided.

However if necessary, one coffee or caffeinated tea can be consumed a day.

This will vary from person to person, however most clients of Changes Clinic report 5 pounds or 1.3 inches circumferential reduction.

The weight loss is normally abdominal, visceral fat during round 1.

Rounds 2 and 3 are typically subcutaneous fat.

Aging is linked to nutrition and nutrition is linked to fasting-body ‘resets’ allowing for better skin elasticity and cell rejuvenation.

No, the order in which you eat the daily provisions does not have any effect on the results.

However it is important that you do not eat in excess or less of what is provided daily.

Absolutely. In fact it is important to increase your water intake while on the ProLon diet.

This is important as there is less salt in the ProLon diet than their typically would be in our normal diets.

While the ProLon diet is 5 days long, you should treat the 6th day as a ‘transition’ day.

Your body will have to get used to returning to your previous, normal diet so you should be cautious on day 6 as to not overeat.

Pace yourself with introducing filling foods back into your diet.

No, once your ProLon diet is completed, you can return to any diet you want.

Of course, a healthy diet is recommended and encouraged.

ProLon is not recommended to anyone who has active cancer, is pregnant or breast feeding, has a nut allergy, is currently sick, or is on growth hormones.
